eProductivity™ for IBM Lotus Notes Review: Speed, Flexibility, Creativity By Barry Sanders at Self Rating: 5 out of 5. This app combined with the GTD methodology changed my life. It allows me to quickly take my emails and other inputs and turn them into next actions all with in the Notes Mail Client. There are plenty of options that allow me to customize the way I want to work with GTD without forcing me into clunky workarounds. I can blitz through 50 emails without breaking a sweat and get back to the work that realy matters to me. Once you try eProductivity, you'll never want to go back to the vanilla mail client.
